Do you want a better understanding of how your pelvis moves? Let’s start with a basic movement we do thousands of times a day — called lumbar flexion. For this exercise, I use a small, soft ball, called a gertie ball (recomendations can be found on my website). Try it with me and let me know if it helped you better connect to moving and isolating just your lower back and pelvis. Being able to have movement options — meaning you have many ways to accomplish one task — is so enriching for our bodies.
