EVERYTHING you need for baking:
115 g milk, 7 g instant dry yeast
50g sugar, 7g salt, 2 eggs
350 g Bread flour
70 g butter at room temperature
eggwash (1 yolk + 1 tablespoon water)
When using a stand mixer (depending on the stand mixer specifications)
1. Add all ingredients except butter.
2. Mix 2~3 minutes on low speed.
3. Mix 5-6 minutes at medium speed
4. Add butter. (There is a lot of butter, so please divide it in number 2)
5. Mix 5-6 minutes at medium speed
Milk, egg temperature
Spring, Autumn: Room temperature, Summer: Refrigerator storage
Winter: Microwave milk for 10-20 seconds, Egg: room temperature
Fermentation time varies depending on temperature and humidity.
Use the oven after preheating.
